But why did this book’s multiple authors (most of them affiliated with Fuller Theological Seminary) neglect Hugh Heffner, “All In the Family,” Woodstock, James Dobson, The Late Great Planet Earth, Bill Hybels/Willow Creek, Bruce Springsteen, and the religious right?
